Not feeling up to hiding myself in a wooden horse and battling the crowds to Troy this weekend, I went to see Still, We Believe: The Boston Red Sox Movie at Fenway 13, in the shadow of the fabled and cursed ballpark.

I wasn't expecting much, considering I already knew how the movie ended, but it was actually an engaging little documentary of the Red Sox 2003 season, their battle with the Yankees for first place during the regular season, and the disasterous Game 7 in New York where the Sox were ahead 4-1 in the 7th but ended up losing in overtime 5-6.

Not only following the team, but also following nine vastly different Sox fans throughout the season, Still We Believe explores the frustration, hope, depair and devotion expressed by players, owners, managers and fans at the team, the park and the Curse of the Bambino.

It's not great docco, in fact, at times it looks a home movie, but it's an accurate depiction of what it's like to love the Sox and hate the Yankees.

This is the year.

That sucks I like baseball nothing like that playing here. Cubs would win even if the R-Sox defeated theYanks.

I might go see Shrek 2 never seen the first one. This green cartoon thing gives me an idea of the incredible Hulk TV series. The whole cartoon stuff seems to be a turn off. Disney seems to put out the best stuff when it comes to animation. Even though this isn't probalbe in line with cartoons or disney. Shrek seems to be the only movie to see unless I want to see Troy rerun.

I think I'm liking Kill Bill vol II the best. Flash light scene was pretty intense :P
