한국 사람이 아니다
Okay. I'm so glad we went...apparently, their cook was trying to stop the guy's bleeding while the cops were still putting on their rubber gloves. A 6 House employee "pushed the guy's intestines back in." And yet, the cops were driving by all the time we were in there tonight. Five customers in the place and the cops feel a need to double-park a paddywagon out in front of the bar...
Much was said about a petition. We talked to the manager, Chris, who's been there since the remodel.
And the story is that the guy who was stabbed had been drinking all day; there had been a fight at the Yacht Club earlier, and that's where this guy and his friends were.
My point is, there's a police station almost across the street from the 6 House. If there have been two stabbings in a month, well...shouldn't that reflect on the cop shop more than the establishments? Wouldn't you tend to think that, with a police station in the neighbourhood, crime would be lower on average? Somehow, I think they're more to blame than the ghost of Whitey Bulger.
Whatever. I am so glad we went tonight. I love that place...perhaps more now than ever.
