The cedar tub mat and accessories I finally received yesterday are wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for to spruce up my bathroom (you should pardon the expression).

The service is also charming. Here is the email I received last Friday, letting me know it had shipped:
Hi Koshka,

Just to let you know your bath mat was completed and shipped out on September 6th along with the cedar soap dish and bath tray. We tried to match the grain as best we could but ended up going with the contrast of light versus dark. You will see what we mean when you receive it and I hope you like it. It was shipped via Canada Post/USPS and should arrive within 8 business days. If you can, please let us know when you do receive it as we are trying to guage delivery times and review other services.

As you know, this item is handcrafted with heirloom quality and guaranteed for your happiness and our life. When it arrives, if you are unhappy please tell us. If you are happy please tell others. We enclosed a customer survey for your convenience along with recommended caring instructions for the bath mat.

We are always looking for photos and comments that we can use in our marketing materials so our future customers can better guage their expectations. All completed surveys also receive a complimentary gift certificate which can be used on your next purchase.

Thank you for your business.

Warmest regards....Randy Dalton

Which I thought was lovely. And since he asked so nicely, I had to take some photos of them for him...

The toilet tank tray makes the random crap on the back of my toilet look intentional.

The whole tub looks cleaner without that nasty rubber thing in the bottom.

The bathroom also smells cedar-y. It's nice.

As I've said, they weren't very expensive. The total with shipping was about $55; the tub mat was $25 (roughly the cost of two nasty rubber ones), and when I ordered that, they sent an email saying I could also add the other two pieces for nominal extra shipping and they would match the woods, and that seemed like a nice idea when I saw what the other pieces looked like.

I love it. It really complements the Asian theme in my apartment (even though it's Canadian cedar). I wish I'd done this years ago, actually. So, as the letter requests, I am happy with this and I am telling people! Go forth and shop!
