I made a big batch of Kambing Kecup tonight so I wouldn't have to think about lunches the rest of the week. The meats employed this time were top round beef and swordfish; I added eggplant this time which seems so obvious...I don't know why I didn't think to include it until now.
This is my "no-brainer" meal...it's what I make when I don't know what to make, and it is the one thing I can make without looking at the recipe.
Because I didn't feel like washing the rice cooker, I made it with noodles instead of rice. Because it was hot, I cooked the noodles in with the other ingredients, as opposed to boiling them seperately.
...OMG...I think I've just outdone myself. I've been making this since 1999, and I'm impressed. This is good.
